We are very excited that the new balloon for our overseas trips will carry advertising for Howdens Joinery Co. a client with a relationship that goes back as far as 2000 when we ran our first overseas trip for them to Portugal. The balloon will be operated by Kon-Tiki and will be based in Catalonia. At 210,000 Cu.ft. the envelope is large enough to cary a pilot plus eight passengers. Although the balloon is manufactured in Igualada by Ultramagic balloons, the fabric is sourced from nearer to home in Lancashire. I will post some pictures of the finished balloon as soon as it is ready to fly.
