In view of the freezing temperatures (-20) in the Pyrenees I have splashed out on a new pair of boots. It is very cold first thing in the morning when we are ballooning before the sun gets to work and also in the afternoons when we are out on the snowmobiles and quad bikes. These are North Face Chilkat II Snow boots from Cotswold Outdoor reduced from £100.00 to £79.00. Hopefully the weather won’t change too soon and I will get good use from them!
